Sauma One — AI-first service management
ITSM today. Project portfolio next.

The noise stops
before your team starts.

Sauma One cuts through the noise and shows every person what's relevant at exactly the right moment. AI proposes. Your people decide.

In production — built inside an MSP's daily work, not in a lab.

◆ INTAKE FILTER

One security incident, 24 alerts — one case, not 24 tickets. Successful backups don't open tickets at all. Summary drafted, skills classified, ready for your team.

0 tickets

What it does

A full ITSM with AI in the core — not a chatbot bolted on top.

01 / INTAKE FILTER

Most of the noise never becomes a ticket

Event-to-case intake: one security incident with 24 alerts is one case, and a successful backup is no ticket at all. Only real work reaches the queue.

02 / RELEVANCE, PER PERSON

Everyone sees what matters to them

The AI prepares every ticket — summary drafted, skills classified, right service suggested — and surfaces it to the right person, in the place they already work. No queue-digging, no forms. The AI proposes, your specialist confirms.

03 / SITUATIONAL AWARENESS

One live picture, not five dashboards

Situation Pulse shows SLA trend, volume, workload, and open-by-category at a glance — and correlates related symptoms into one problem instead of a flood of duplicates.

04 / DEVICE LIFECYCLE IN EUROS

Replace, monitor, or continue — priced

Every device gets an EOL and health-based recommendation with the cost attached. Example: replacement need €6,250 — savings €1,250. DeviceScore trends are benchmarked against the whole peer fleet.

05 / EU-SOVEREIGN AI

Governed, audited, and staying in the EU

Every inference runs in the EU/EEA — and every call tells you which provider handled it. Every AI decision is logged, prompts are versioned, and propose-confirm is enforced — built for EU AI Act obligations, not scrambling after them.

06 / FULL ITSM, MULTI-CLIENT

A system of record, not an AI layer

Tickets, triage, changes, projects, customers, contracts, and billing in one platform. Run internal IT or a whole client portfolio — each client's data fully separated.

For internal IT
— Device lifecycle in euros: replace, monitor, or continue — with the cost attached
— Every AI action audited, prompts versioned, autonomy granted per category
— One live picture of SLA, volume, and workload — not five dashboards
For service providers
— Tickets, contracts, and billing in one system — invoices come from where the work happened
— One technician, many client environments — each client's data fully separated
— A new engineer gets context with the ticket, productive in week one
How it works

Works with the data you have. Earns autonomy over time.

1

Connect what you have

Device management, identity, monitoring, email. Features run on capabilities, not specific tools — Sauma One works with the data you have, and tells you plainly when a source is missing. Never invented data.

2

AI prepares everything

From day one the AI filters intake noise, drafts summaries, classifies skills, and suggests services. Your team confirms — and every AI action lands in the audit log.

3

Autonomy is earned, not assumed

Autonomy grows in defined levels, per category, as the track record builds. You always see what was noise-filtered, AI-resolved, or human-resolved — measured honestly, not marketing math.

Graduated autonomy

Give the AI exactly as much power as you want.

Autonomy isn't a switch — it's a staircase. Sauma One climbs it at your pace, per client, per service, per action. Every step leaves an auditable trail.

1

Proposes

Sauma One diagnoses and proposes the fix. A human does it. You see immediately what its reasoning can handle.

2

Acts with approval

Sauma One executes the fix when a human approves. One click, full control.

3

Acts on its own

Routine work runs without a human — inside limits you define. People keep the work that needs people.

At the top of the autonomy staircase

A server goes down at 03:12. Sauma One detects it, diagnoses the root cause, restarts the service, and logs every action it took. It also assesses who the outage affects — and informs them to the extent, and in the way, you've agreed. By morning you know what happened, which business it touched — and that it's already handled.

Pricing

Why Sauma

Legacy suites are retrofitting AI onto 20-year-old cores. Sauma One started there.

Legacy ITSM
Sauma One
AI architecture
Retrofitted onto a 10–20-year-old core
Built into the workflow from the first line of code
Incoming alerts
Every alert becomes a ticket — 24 duplicates per incident
Event-to-case filtering: noise never becomes a ticket
AI accountability
Black-box 'deflection' statistics
Propose–confirm, every action audited, prompts versioned
Data residency
US jurisdiction, CLOUD Act exposure
Every inference in the EU/EEA, provider named per call, AI Act governed
Device decisions
Generic alerts and stale CMDB rows
Replace/monitor/continue in euros, peer-benchmarked
Sizing & pricing
Enterprise overkill or metered AI credits
Light out of the box, predictable pricing — sized for the mid-market
Sovereignty

A genuinely European choice.

Many “European” alternatives are owned by non-EU private equity. Sauma isn't. Every inference runs in the EU/EEA — not “usually”: every single call tells you which provider handled it.

Ownership

Finnish-owned. No foreign private equity, no exit clock.

Development

Designed and built in Finland, alongside the people who use it. ITIL-informed, not ITIL-bound.

Hosting

Runs on European cloud infrastructure. Data and runtime stay in the EU.

AI

Models run EU-hosted, on European infrastructure. Your data never leaves Europe, and it is never used to train a model.

Built in production, inside a working MSP: the daily IT of over a hundred companies already runs on Sauma One.

What changes
—

Most of the old queue was noise someone was paid to close. Now the queue only holds work.

—

The lifecycle view names the machines to replace and what it saves — in euros.

—

Every AI action is in the audit log. Governance is a screen, not a document.

—

Over a hundred client environments on one platform. Each tech sees only their own clients' work.

—

Billing happens in the same system as the work.

—

A new engineer gets the context with the ticket, not from tribal knowledge.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What does the AI actually do on its own?

Today: it filters intake noise, drafts summaries, classifies, and proposes — a human confirms every action, and everything is logged. Autonomy grows in defined levels per category as the track record builds. We don't sell deflection statistics we can't audit.

Is this a full ITSM or an AI layer on top of one?

A full system of record: tickets, triage, change management, projects, customers, contracts, and billing. You don't need another ITSM underneath it. AI-native from the first line of code — no legacy baggage. The ITIL concepts are all there — incident, problem, change, service — but the workflow is built around what moves work forward, not around the ceremony.

What about our existing tools and data sources?

Sauma One pulls data from what you already run — device management, identity, monitoring — through a capability model. If a source is missing, you see 'connect X', never invented data. It doesn't replace your RMM or MDM; it makes them useful together.

How is our data handled?

Every inference runs in the EU/EEA, encrypted in transit and at rest. Contexts never leak between customers, every AI decision is auditable, and prompts are versioned. GDPR-compliant by design, built for NIS2 reporting obligations, and built against EU AI Act provider obligations from the start.

Who is Sauma One built for?

IT organizations and managed service providers. One platform runs internal IT or an entire client portfolio, with every client's data kept fully separate.

How long does deployment take?

Weeks, not quarters. Start where it hurts most, run Sauma One alongside your current system, and expand when value is proven. Deployment is a product feature, not a consulting project.

What happens when the AI is wrong?

You see it and correct it. The AI never acts outside the limits you set, and every action leaves a trail you can act on.

What does it integrate with?

The systems your ITSM day actually runs on. Sauma One doesn't replace them — it makes them useful together. The list keeps growing; ask us about yours.

How is pricing structured?

Per agent, per month — published, not quoted. AI is included in the seat price: no AI add-on, no per-call billing, no credit pool to top up. Fair use applies.

Can our clients see their own environment?

Yes. A client portal shows each customer their tickets, devices, and service status in business language — no more 'what's the situation?' emails.
